Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how VyVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes relevant data when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services. Using this website, the user panel, or network acceleration services indicates that this policy has been read. VyVPN processes only the information needed for account management, order delivery, service operation, security, and dispute handling.
Data Collection and Processing Purposes
Account creation requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. VyVPN processes the username, authentication credentials, and account status for identity checks, login management, and account security. Authentication credentials are used only to verify account access and are not used for marketing profiles.
When a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system stores order items, amount, payment status, creation time, package status, and traffic usage records. This data is used to confirm payment, activate service, reset monthly subscription traffic according to the applicable rules, process package upgrades, review refund requests, and resolve order disputes.
The website may record access times, page paths, referring pages, browser types, device categories, and basic error information to determine whether pages are operating properly, fix compatibility issues, and understand overall use of site content. Access analytics are not used to build records of the international websites a user visits.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VyVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through the service, retain browsing, query, or transmission content, or build historical records that could reconstruct an individual’s network activity.
While the service is running, it may briefly process technical status required to establish and maintain the current connection, such as route selection, connection success, and traffic measurement status. This information is used to complete the connection, apply package traffic rules, and troubleshoot immediate failures. After the connection ends, this technical status is not retained long term as connection logs linked to specific access content.
When a user voluntarily submits a fault report, VyVPN reviews only the content needed to handle that issue. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the fault in a support ticket.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, navigation state, and necessary security markers. This data maintains sessions, remembers user choices, and keeps page functions continuous. It is not used to record off-site content accessed through international routes.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, a new login may be required, and saved language or interface preferences may return to their default state. Restricting necessary storage may prevent some account features in the user panel from working properly.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VyVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing may be handled by the relevant payment provider. Payment providers process the information needed to complete transactions under their own rules. VyVPN generally receives the payment result, order identifier, and reconciliation data rather than the complete account information held by the payment provider.
Third-party payment providers are responsible for data they independently collect, and their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and service terms. VyVPN uses payment results only for order confirmation, service delivery, accounting reconciliation, refund processing, and dispute resolution, and does not sell order records to other organizations.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained while the account remains active to maintain login access, package status, and service delivery. Order and payment results are stored for the period required for transaction processing, dispute resolution, and applicable compliance requirements. Access analytics and error records are kept only as needed for operation and maintenance, then deleted or aggregated into data that cannot be directly linked to an account.
Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. VyVPN first verifies that the request comes from the account controller, then processes data eligible for deletion. Information that must be retained because of an incomplete order, refund dispute, or applicable rules is cleared according to the retention rules after the relevant matter ends. Data in backups is removed through the normal rotation process.

Policy Updates and User Rights
Users may request information about the categories, purposes, and processing status of data related to their account. They may also request correction of inaccurate account data or, where applicable, deletion. When a request cannot be fulfilled directly, VyVPN will explain the limitation and the next steps.
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be adjusted accordingly. If a change materially affects how account data is used, the user panel will provide a visible notice. Users are encouraged to review the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
